Vice President, Finance (SGX Listed)

The Company

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established REIT with global presence. Due to revolving business needs, we are actively recruiting for a Vice President, Finance to look after a global role.

The Role

Reporting to the CFO and working in an established team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the listed entity and its overseas subsidiaries, including financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, financial as well as management reporting. The key responsibilities include reviewing the monthly and quarterly variance analysis on the financial performance, consolidation and monthly / quarterly management reports as part of forecasting and budgeting process, quarterly reports and board papers. You will provide advice to the business teams on various aspects of business including investment and asset management, performance and compliance with government and regulatory requirements. Work with tax advisors for effective deal structuring and simulate the impact and tax due diligence for acquisitions and divestments. Work closely with country teams to ensure financial operation is consistent with group financial and reporting guidelines and regulations. Review internal control processes to ensure compliance with corporate financial regulations. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the overall financial management of the company.

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must have be a Chartered Accountant and have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 15 years of relevant experience ideally in a large SGX listed firm. It is essential to have prior experience in corporate finance, be familiar with SGX reporting and preparation of board papers. We are seeking an experienced Finance leader with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
