As a Global Product Manager, you will drive private label projects and lead portfolio discussions to support and grow the private label business. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and brand managers / business owners, to develop and execute product strategies. Your role will involve managing the private label product and portfolio planning, project management and process improvement.
What you will do
Private Label Product / Portfolio Planning
- Analyze private label requests with brand managers to fully understand customer requirements and negotiate optimal solutions
- Communicate scope and timelines clearly with cross-functional teams while supporting ad-hoc requests to enhance customer satisfaction.
Project Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for the program team, collaborating closely with R&D and Operations to ensure timely and high-quality product launchesPrepare business case / analysis to drive project decisions.Process Improvement
Grow private label business by reviewing and challenging existing processes; increase project efficiency by developing and driving new ideas and toolsSupport development of various toolboxes to facilitate faster, easier implementation of private label projects, making WSA the supplier of choice.What you bring
Experience
3-5 years of Product Management / Product Marketing experience, with a strong understanding of Marketing and Brand ManagementProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with Power BI is an added advantage.Personal competencies
