RESPONSIBILITIES
Products & Training
- Responsible in assisting AVP Product & Training in product development, launches, marketing communications, distribution, processes and systems set up
- Keep track on product life cycles and ensure that reviews and extension are completed on a timely basis
- Assist AVP Product Manager to complete market research for New Products implementation and / or Existing Products viability review
- Annual Review on bank product library, IBG Asset and Liabilities Review, Panel of lawyers and Mortgage Brokers to be conducted and submitted for approval
- Handle the Bancassurance and Unit Trust Submission to product partners within time line and validate documentation to be within the banks' guidelines of Sales and Advisory.
- Responsible and follow up on customer's product enquiries received via the bank's communication channels
- Set and review service standards delivery by other support units to ensure high and efficient delivery of the service standards
- Work collaboratively with others, particularly the distribution channels, to achieve shared business goals and contribute towards building a collegial teamwork
- Co-ordinate RM training and skill enhancement requirements with the respective department or product partners to meet the annual CPD requirements
- Undertake other responsibilities or additional tasks as required from time to time to raise the standard of how we conduct retail business
- Recording Minutes of Sales Meetings
- Supporting, contributing, promoting and driving technology initiatives like Internet applications, mobile applications, etc towards promoting customer convenience and service excellence
- Any other role assigned by AVP Products / Head Retail
Bulk Remittance Processing
End to End Management of the Bulk Remittance Transactions from the corporate arrangements in placeA clear understanding of the process from receiving the required documents from the corporate, to preparation of the file after validating the values with the pdf attachmentsSending the Transaction receipts to the corporate in the agreed format once RPC team has successfully processed the transactionsAdministrative
Monthly consolidation of reports required for RM CommissionPerform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis. Provide strong reporting and analytical informationBe a focal point between branches and corporate office for approval, data and information requestHandle Pricing and Product related approvals, deviations and issues arising from the product processes, involving coordination with credit, loan operations compliance, branches and other stakeholdersResponsible to maintain product or product related registers / files to ensure proper safekeeping of information and documentationScrutinize to ensure up-to-date information that is available on intranet and internetCompile Competitive Analysis of Deposit & Loan Interest Rates (weekly)Compilation of all the reports pertaining to retail banking / any other work allocated by Head RetailMaintain a record of all the Retail Policy renewal dates (maintained in Intranet)Preparing and Submitting Retail Review report to IBGMaintaining and sharing of data for reporting purposesCode of Conduct and Code of Ethics

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related fields.1 to 3 years in roles related to Financial advisory product management, training, or sales support within the financial services industry (MUST)Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements in SingaporeWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)Self-motivated, goal orientated and able to work in a fast-paced environmentCapable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.Meticulous, methodical and detail oriented
