We recruit technical consultants to support client projects with their expertise. We seek innovative and agile individuals to meet technological challenges.

We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager in Singapore for a banking client.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee program / project objectives, ensuring alignment with business commitments.
  • Lead committees, prioritize deliverables, and manage estimates, schedules, and budgets.
  • Allocate resources based on project needs.
  • Collaborate with product owners, security, architects, compliance, and other teams.
  • Assist in requirement gathering and perform multi-system analysis.
  • Work with BAs and testers to ensure quality and support UAT.
  • Manage maintenance costs, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Address complex issues, recommend solutions, and ensure delivery alignment.
  • Follow Secure Agile / SDLC frameworks and organizational policies.
  • Provide updates to management, oversee release planning, and manage steering committees.
  • Handle multiple projects and adapt plans as needed.

Skills & Experience

  • Over 12 years of experience in banking IT (Wealth Management / Private Banking) as a Project Manager with Business Analysis background.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory or Tax Reporting, including Tax Regulatory, Performance topics, German Tax reporting, Client Tax Statement Reporting, AEOI / CRS, FATCA, IRS871m.
  • Understanding of Transactions, especially Corporate Actions and Securities.
  • Familiarity with Market data providers like SIX, WmDaten.
  • Experience with Reporting systems such as SECTRAS, EasyTax, FiTax.
  • Basic knowledge of Core Banking systems like Olympic, TRANSACT, and Corporate Actions Systems.
  • Basic understanding of Front Office applications like AAA ordering tools and Client Management Tools.
