Basic bartending skills

Learn and be able to create cocktails from the cocktail menu

Curate new cocktails in line with the flavours of the restaurant

Service directly at tables during busy period, paying extreme attention to detail

Satisfying guest requests in a timely manner

Assessing customer preferences and making beverage recommendations

Providing a positive, personalised and friendly guest experience

Complying with all food and beverage regulations

Maintaining high attention to customers needs

Assisting with turning tables during service

Support floor duties

Requirements are as follows :

• Experience as a bartender. Basic experience is accepted as well.
• Good beverage knowledge, including wines
• Creativity to be able to curate interesting and progressive cocktail program
• Inventory management and weekly control of stock
• Great personality to interact and interface with customers.
• Team player willing to go above and beyond
• Fun and lively
• Able to exemplify the image and vibe of the restaurant / bar
