Create, develop and guide clients through the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutionsRecommend best practices for executing campaigns using content builder, journey builder, automation studio, CDP, personalization studio, etcLead the delivery of projects in collaboration with the Project manager, Campaign Specialists and contributing at all stages of project.Assist the team in scoping, planning, and onboarding activities.Provide clear visibility on the status of all in-practice projects underway and plannedPlan, deliver and document User Acceptance Testing plansProvide functional expertise and authoritative advice, guidance, and training within the areas of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions and providing leadership in continuous improvement of delivery practices.Liaise with cross functional teams across different markets to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications and business objectives as well as to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.Lead quality management reviews and ensuring that all business and design requirements are met.Required Competencies / Skills / Qualifications :
- Solid technical background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Preferably with one or more Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud certifications
- Experience in integrations, developing and executing data migrations.
- Experience in marketing automation, demand generation, personalization, MarTech and Adtech solutions
- Ability to understand business needs and make sound recommendations to clients.
- Strong consultancy and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and has good time management and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
