Job description

To lead the nursing team and related healthcare workers in the ward, and be responsible for the day-to-day operational work flow in the Nursing Department.

Ensure compliance of all nursing standards by MOH and SNB.
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures and care pathways
Lead a team of multidisciplinary staff with care planing
Address resident and family concern, by providing clinical guidance
Plan Staff allocation across shifts
Oversee operations in Nursing Home and foster a postive work environment
Schedule staff for professional development and planning
Maintain training records and administrative documents.
Manage ward budgets and resources

Job Requirements :

Degree in Nursing

Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board

At least 3 years relevant experience in supervisory roles

Have experience handling complex cases and interdisciplinary
