We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the HR department in various functions, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining office supplies,
coordinating office maintenance, and supporting general office operations.
Accurate and timely processing of payroll for both office staff and ship crew,ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Develop and manage a comprehensive performance appraisal system tofacilitate employee growth and development.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of HR policiesand procedures to align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidatesto onboarding new hires. Conduct exit interviews and manage employee
offboarding processes.
Organize company events and initiatives to foster a positive and engagingwork environment.
Handle employee feedback, address concerns, and resolve workplace issueseffectively and professionally.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.Develop and implement workflow charts to optimize processes withindepartments and across the company.
Qualifications :
Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HR officer / executive or in asimilar HR role, preferably in the maritime industry.
Strong knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and regulations.Proficient in payroll processing and HR systems.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
