Job Description
Our client is a licensed employment agency in Singapore specializing in the recruitment and placement of domestic helpers. They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales and Admin Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities 】
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide accurate information regarding agency services
- Match employers with suitable domestic helpers based on specific household needs and preferences
- Assist in conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates (both local and overseas)
- Manage the end-to-end administrative process for domestic helper deployment, including documentation and approvals
- Liaise with overseas partners, suppliers, and training centers when necessary
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely after-sales support for any service-related matters
- Maintain and update helper biodata, client records, and application status in the agency system
- Coordinate logistics such as medical check-ups, interviews, flight arrangements, and onboarding schedules
- Perform general administrative duties and support other ad hoc tasks as required

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a maid agency or similar environmentStrong understanding of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and procedures related to the employment of domestic helpersPossession of a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) – FDW certificationEnglish Level
