Sales and Marketing Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Account Management - Manage key sales accounts and grow net revenue, profit, ASP through strategic collaborations with partners
- Liaising with key accounts on product pricing and promotions
- Identify sales opportunities and seek new initiatives to maximize sales (negotiation with strategic partners, improvements to navigation, site search and filtering to improve ease of product discovery)
- Weekly Sales Forecasting - Work closely with production and procurement team to provide an accurate forecast for B2C channels
- Develop digital marketing strategies and plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO / SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
- Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- Strategies digital and social media campaigns covering planning, launch of campaigns, optimization, and reporting; media planning, buying and execution; trafficking and reporting of media campaigns; and support in the development of media strategies and proposals.
- Manage and track marketing budget, keep abreast on emerging technologies
- Manage day-to-day function of the department, providing supervision to staff and report directly to GM of Singapore
- Conduct market research, engage internal parties to understand behavior, motivations and identify opportunities
- Product assortment - Expand current range of products available on e-commerce store, conduct product assortment analysis and propose possible solutions to improve and maximize average basket size
- Work closely with the Production, BD, Customer Service, IT, Finance team to ensure a smooth process and achieve excellent customer service.
- Contribute to creative ideas that support and generate excitement around the brands
- Create media decks for strategic B2C development projects and related BG projects
- Prepare weekly sales reports and reporting materials for brand partners and internal stakeholders to analyze ROI on marketing and sales campaigns
- Prepare sales monthly invoices for key accounts
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce rolePossess experience in merchandising field in a retail environment is a plusKnowledgeable in Shopify, Magento or other retail e-commerce platformDegree holder in E-Commerce, SEM / SEO or any related disciplineProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood knowledge of design toolsDynamic, entrepreneurial, energetic individual who is able to take on new projects and ideasSelf-starter and able to work without supervision
