Job Title : Sales Executive (Construction)

Industry : Construction / Building Materials

Job Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support our growth in the construction sector. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory or segment.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers
Identify new project opportunities and follow up on leads
Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product suitability and timely delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate sales records and client databases

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

1-3 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel
