Manage all on-site technical and engineering-related matters.
Ensure all works meet the company's quality standards and contractual requirements.
Participate in project planning and monitor project progress and schedules.
Coordinate with clients and sub-contractors on all project aspects. Provide both technical and non-technical resolutions, followed by proper documentation.
Assist the Project Manager in preparing monthly progress claims and reports.
Supervise and guide Supervisors and Foremen to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Ensure Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) practices are adhered to at all times.
Propose cost-saving measures and innovative engineering solutions.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore
Minimum 2 years of Civil Engineering experience, specifically in LTA projects involving earthworks, roads, and drainage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) is a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with a positive attitude and sense of urgency.
