Your new companyLocated in Singapore, this is an IT consulting / IT services firm. Your new roleResponsibilities :
- Organise billing and claims, ensuring timely payment of company invoices
- Manage the Director’s personal and professional calendar, coordinating both internal and external schedules
- Prepare reports, analyse statistics, and create presentation slides as required
- Monitor OKRs, follow up on progress, and report any missed deadlines
- Take meeting minutes. Ensure that action items discussed in meetings are tracked and completed
- Track and ensure follow-up on all action items and tasks assigned to the Director, ensuring deadlines are met
- Proactively manage outstanding action items, sending reminders and escalating when necessary to ensure accountability
- Maintain an organised record of the Director’s to-do list, prioritising key tasks and project timelines
- Manage all travel arrangements for the Director, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation
Requirements : What you’ll need to succeedTo ensure your success in this role, you will need : - Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience (2 years) in a similar role, preferably within a corporate or executive environmentExcellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in office management and administrative tasksHigh attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office management toolsDatabase Maintenance : Maintain and update databases, contact lists, and other essential records.Sensitive Information : Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
