Lead a dynamic team dedicated to fostering a culture of service excellence through collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Your work will directly impact the well-being of our patients, staff, and volunteers, strengthening the Hospital's mission of compassionate, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Patient Experience Strategy :

Design and implement strategies to elevate patient experience across all care settings-including inpatient, outpatient, and community-by actively engaging staff and volunteers.

  • Volunteer Engagement :
  • Develop and oversee volunteer programs that integrate with clinical care teams to enhance patient support and overall service quality.

  • Feedback-Driven Improvement :
  • Analyse patient feedback from surveys, compliments, and complaints to identify trends and work with hospital leadership on service enhancements.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration :
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to increase volunteer participation through the creation of meaningful and impactful volunteer roles.

  • Service Recovery & Resolution :
  • Address and resolve patient, caregiver, and volunteer feedback promptly through empathetic communication, thorough investigation, and effective service recovery.

  • Operational Innovation :
  • Drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and support an integrated, patient-centred care journey.

  • Recognition & Retention :
  • Develop structured recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate the contributions of staff and volunteers, fostering engagement and long-term commitment.

  • Data & Reporting :
  • Manage IT systems and databases to ensure effective tracking of service quality and volunteer impact. Provide timely and accurate reports to oversight committees on feedback and performance metrics.

    Requirements :

  • A recognised tertiary qualification with 5 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience with strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and manage cross-functional initiatives effectively.
  • Experience in healthcare, social care, non-profit organisations, service quality, or volunteer management will be a strong asset.
