Job description

Analyze business and user requirements and recommend IT solutions.

Evaluate current IT systems and identify areas for improvement or upgrade.

Support implementation and integration of new applications and technologies.

Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.

Create technical documentation, user manuals, and reports.

Provide end-user training and support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Ensure IT systems comply with data protection, security, and regulatory requirements.

Participate in audits, testing, and disaster recovery planning.

Minimum 5 years experience in IT Analyst or related roles.
