About the Role :
We’re seeking a Creative Strategist to join our team and drive the performance of our video content. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative creative angles, optimizing video performance, and managing a streamlined production process to ensure maximum output. Key Responsibilities :
- Creative Ideation : Develop new and engaging creative concepts for video content that resonate with our target audience and drive performance
- Performance Optimization : Analyze video performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and iterate on creative strategies
- Process Management : Oversee a tight, agile process to ensure that creative ideas are executed efficiently and at scale
- Collaboration : Work closely with the media buying, content, and production teams to align creative strategies with overall marketing goals
- Trend Analysis : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually push the creative boundaries
Requirements
Proven experience creating engaging and high performance content, preferably within digital marketing or DTC e-commerceAbility to translate data insights into creative ideasGood project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects / campaigns under tight deadlinesWell-versed in video production / editing and content creation processes and best practicesExceptional communication and collaboration skills
