Job description

Able to read and understand Auto-Cad Construction Drawings

Reviewing Tender Documents & Drawings and providing quotations

Procurement of materials with suppliers / vendors

Upkeep Material Inventory

Implement contract administration procedure to ensure proper documentation of record concerning variation, submitting accurate cost and time implications to the client

Submit Progress Claims, VO settlements and Final Account Settlements

Upkeep FW timecard and prepare FW payroll

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Able to work with minimum supervisions

Hardworking, Independent, and detailed oriented

Working location (West - Pioneer (Jurong Area)
