Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director with both professional and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for meetings, travel, and personal errands
- Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Arrange travel itineraries, bookings, and visa documentation
- Maintain filing systems and keep track of important documents
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors or clients
- Run personal errands and assist with lifestyle management (e.g., bookings, gifts, home appointments)
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements :
Proven experience as a PA, executive assistant, or administrative support roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google WorkspaceAbility to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of discretion, reliability, and professionalismA positive attitude and solution-oriented mindsetPreferred Qualifications :
Experience supporting C-level executives or business ownersFamiliarity with [industry-specific tools / platforms if any]Multilingual ability is a plus (if relevant)Driver's license (if occasional driving is needed)
