Job description

Oversee daily team operations and activities to ensure smooth execution.

Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to handle both new and existing customers effectively.

Implement new operational requirements as introduced by airlines or terminal authorities.

Address and resolve escalations from customers, internal stakeholders, or ground handling teams promptly.

Plan and manage manpower allocation to meet operational needs.

Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance team workflow and processes.
