The Role
Growth & Operations Associate (Full-Time)

We are looking for a resourceful and entrepreneurial Growth & Operations Associate to join our lean, ambitious team at TwoCleanGuys - a modern commercial cleaning company that is scaling quickly. You will work directly with the co-founder to run and improve the day-to-day operations of the business, manage client accounts, support our cleaning crew, and build backend systems that help us grow sustainably. If you're someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership, and wants to learn what it takes to build a business from the ground up - this role is for you.
What You Will Do
Sales & Growth Ops
- Follow up with incoming leads
- Understand client requirements and prepare quotations
- Update and manage the leads funnel and follow-up pipeline
- Track conversion metrics and improve lead workflows
Operations & People
Coordinate cleaner staffing and interviewsHandle site briefings and onboarding for new projectsCheck in with clients after first service to ensure satisfactionBuild and improve SOPs for cleaner management and site readinessLogistics & Supply
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies across client sitesCoordinate ordering and delivery of stockTrack usage and plan timely restockingAdmin & Internal Ops
Maintain cleaner rosters, manage leave and replacementsHandle general administrative tasks that keep the business runningSupport payroll-related inputs and site documentationAccount Management
Be the main point of contact for ongoing client needs and feedbackCoordinate manpower, supplies, and updates for each clientProactively resolve issues and build client trustWhat We're Looking For
Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and accountabilityProficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and other basic productivity toolsDetail-oriented and organised, with good time managementClear communicator who enjoys solving problems with peopleComfortable working independently and on-site when needed (travel expenses will be provided)Open to ITE / Polytechnic grads - attitude matters more than educational backgroundBonus : Class 3 licence and experience managing blue-collar teamsWhy Join Us?
