• Drive the Recruitment Process : Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting ideal candidates.
• Coordinate Seamless Interviews : Take full responsibility for coordinating interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth process.
• Manage Job Postings : Oversee job board advertisements, ensuring all posted vacancies are current and accurately reflect hiring needs.
• Build Talent Networks : Create and maintain networks of potential passive candidates for future roles through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Support Employer Branding : Assist in developing and promoting the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
• Enhance Candidate Experience : Contribute to improving the candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
