Proven experience in technical proficiency with strong skills in SQL High level of proficiency in unix / linux scripting. Should be able to do
o SLA & KPI management, client communication & interaction
o Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
- Appetite for continuous improvement and automation.
- Strong knowledge in XML, PL / SQL, MQ, CFT and Control-M
- Knowledge of monitoring solutions (E.g ITRS Geneos, Elastic Search)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
