Oversee and manage commercial documentation, including Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, delivery notes, order acknowledgments (OAs), and proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements and internal standards.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering timely and accurate responses to product inquiries. Provide solutions and guidance on product features, specifications, and suitability.
Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis to develop and implement pricing strategies that optimize profit margins while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
Oversee the timely delivery of products, ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process and products reach clients on schedule.
Manage logistics operations to ensure smooth execution of product delivery and alignment with company objectives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial department processes by applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Enhance the efficiency and productivity of the CRM system by streamlining processes and workflows, ensuring optimal service to clients and improved internal operations.
Lead and manage digital marketing projects, developing, implementing, and analyzing strategies that effectively showcase product features and benefits to increase brand visibility and market positioning.
Work as sales representative, actively introducing and promoting products to potential clients, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Engineering related
Proven experience in commercial product management, pricing strategies, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of product pricing, financial analysis, and market trends.
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma) is a plus.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive product success from development through delivery.
