Human Resource and Administrative Executive

Location : Clarke Central, Singapore

Salary : $3,500 – $6,500 per month (based on experience)

About Us

We are a new restaurant specializing in Chinese cuisine and Hainanese chicken rice , catering to both locals and tourists in Singapore. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource and Administrative Executive to support our growing team by managing HR functions and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management :

Handle the full recruitment process , including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and leave applications .

Maintain and update employee records , contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Singapore labor laws.

Assist with payroll processing , including overtime calculations, CPF contributions, and other statutory requirements.

Develop and implement HR policies , including workplace conduct, staff training, and performance management.

Organize and oversee staff training, orientation programs, and team-building activities .

Ensure compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) regulations and handle work pass applications and renewals for foreign employees if necessary.

Administrative & Office Support :

Manage business licenses, food safety certifications, and workplace safety regulations .

Handle general office administration, including documentation, filing, take meeting notes, and responding to emails.

Support vendor and supplier coordination for office and restaurant-related needs.

Assist in expense management, petty cash handling, and invoice processing .

Prepare HR and administrative reports to support management decision-making.

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in HR, administration, or F&B / hospitality management preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s labor laws, payroll processes, and HR regulations .
  • Familiarity with MOM’s work pass applications, CPF contributions, and employee benefits administration .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), HR software, and Google Workspace .
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Bilingual ability in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus (to support Mandarin speaking guests).
  • Passion for the F&B industry and team development.
