Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and provide actionable insights
- Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modeling for HR initiatives and strategic workforce planning
- Develop, clean, and maintain data models and large datasets for in-depth HR analysis using statistical tools
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in all reporting
- Create and present standard and customs reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support stakeholders decision-making
- Manage the timely flow of HR business intelligence information
- Maintain and update HR tools, databases, dashboards, and systems
- Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends relevant to HR strategy
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field2-3 years of experience in an HR analytics or similar roleStrong proficiency in working with HRMS systems, data extraction and analysisAdvanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is highly desirableFamiliarity with statistical analysis techniques; knowledge of tools like Python or R is advantageousStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset toward process improvementPossession of IHRP certification is a plusWe regret that only shortlisted candidates who applied through Linkedin and / or Jobsbank will be notifiedTell employers what skills you have
