Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Strategy Manager with strong business acumen, analytical skills and stakeholder management capability to support decision-making and drive organisational objectives.
- Lead and support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals;
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and fund developments, driving innovation and process improvements;
- Conduct extensive market research and data-driven analysis, providing senior management with key business insights to support decision-making;
- Monitor business performance and investment product effectiveness, developing performance metrics for organisational-wide evaluation;
- Perform competitive analysis, mapping market trends, competitor strategies, and product positioning;
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring seamless execution across departments.
