We’re looking for a skilled call center representative to join our team, managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. As the voice of our company, the call center representative must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Dedicated to helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Job Descriptions
- Manage incoming calls and booking system in a timely manner and accurate manner.
- Attentive to customers’ needs and provides accurate information with our monthly promotions and to secure and maximizes bookings and reservation for new existing customers.
- Ensure accurate bookings of reservations for treatment, consultation, cancellation, etc.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and be updated with our monthly promotion, and ensure information provided for our customers are accurate.
- Follow-up on customers’ enquiries.
- Support the daily operation and administrative duties such as responding to emails, SMS and any online enquires etc.
- Any other operational duties as assigned.
