Your role :
- we are seeking a detail-oriented Security Incident Manager to join our team as a regional lead to address security incidents from the point they are reported, through to a full conclusion, including a post incident review
- as a Regional Lead, you will play a key role in identifying, escalating, and leading cross functional task forces to address security incidents with the potential for material impact and collaborating with other subject matter experts
- you will also be responsible for the ongoing oversight of incidents, allocation of incidents to team members and support as well as relationship management with senior management and other critical functions for the management or awareness of security incidents within the region
Your team :
You'll be working in the Chief Information Security Office, within the Security Incident team which provides a groupwide service to all divisions in managing incidents.
Our role is to ensure Security Incidents are managed properly end to end, in an efficient and fully compliant way to all internal and external notification requirements.
Your expertise :
a university degree,ideally in computer science or similar field or Information Security professional certifications e.g. CISSP, GIAC certifications
5+ years' experience in information security / risk management / cyber security / digital forensicsstrong leadership skills to coordinate actions across multiple functionexcellent communication skills both written and oral to summarize incidents and convey critical messages to stakeholders of all levels, Subject Matter Expert functions and with external parties including vendors, regulators & law enforcementability to multi-task and prioritize incidents and tasksstrong problem-solving & analytical skills and attention to detail to address incidents effectivelystrong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and understand processes and / or significant amounts of informationability to work collaboratively with various teams within the organization
