Position : Pastry Cook

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the daily pastry and bakery production.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure accurate quantity control of all products before storage.
- Maintain proper storage procedures and designate items to correct storage areas.
- Minimize waste and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Monitor stock levels, prepare mise-en-place schedules, and report any equipment or maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations in accordance with SFA (formerly AVA) standards.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Candidate Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in pastry production or a similar role.Candidates without experience may be considered for the Assistant Pastry Cook position.
Strong knowledge of basic baking and pastry techniques.Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Self-motivated, independent, and a strong team player.Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and suppliers.Willing to work a 6-day week, from 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM.Application Details :
