We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Beauty Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of client care and service excellence. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in beauty services but also shares our vision for holistic wellness and continuous personal growth

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming client experience
Perform and supervise beauty services such as threading, waxing, facials, and hair treatments, using natural and plant-based products
Support and motivate the team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality in line with our ethos
Manage appointments, client records, inventory, and supplies efficiently
Assist in training and mentoring staff, encouraging ongoing learning and skill enhancement
Promote salon services, wellness experiences, and retail products to clients
Uphold and embody the salon's mission, vision, and values in all interactions
Handle client feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Requirements

Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR).

Proven experience in beauty services (e.g., threading, waxing, facials, hair treatments); certification preferred

Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a beauty or wellness setting is an advantage

Genuine passion for holistic beauty, wellness, and natural self-care

Willingness to learn new skills and participate in ongoing training (including energy healing, mindfulness, and coaching techniques)

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities

Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to personal and professional growth

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed

Availability for part-time or full-time commitment.
