The Group Director of Marketing is responsible for the global market revenue and yield strategies, its implementation and results of the group’s hotels business goals and objectives.
To work closely with the group’s GSAs to promote and market the group’s hotels and resorts in its feeder markets.
To create business development plans and budgets independently.
Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Management and hotel General Managers.
Manage staff and GSA performance in compliance with company policies and procedures.
High degree of independent judgment and discretion in decision-making with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications :
Knowledge of key feeder markets in Asia, Europe, Middle East and the Americas.
At least 8 years of working experience in similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
Revenue management and business analysis using brand platforms and methodologies.
Negotiation skills and experience with contracting. Organization and Leadership Skills. Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
