Roles & Responsibilities

Audit Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Partner to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements, driving quality and efficiency, and contributing to the growth of the Firm through client relationship management and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements for a portfolio of clients across various industries.
  • Oversee engagement planning, risk assessment, execution, and reporting in accordance with Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSA) and relevant regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client relationships, providing strategic insights and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Review and approve audit documentation and final reports to ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies.
  • Drive audit quality and support the implementation of the firm’s System of Quality Management (SOQM) in line with SSQM 1.
  • Mentor, develop, and lead audit teams by providing technical guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Participate actively in business development, including proposals, networking, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of firm-wide policies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and registered Public Accountant with ACRA.
  • At least 12 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with recent experience in an audit director / partner-level role.
  • Proven track record of leading audit engagements and managing audit teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to quality.
  • Prior experience with listed companies or public interest entities will be advantageous.
