Job description
Responsibilities
Perform daily accounting & finance duties including general ledger, tax, AP, and bank reconciliation, etc.;
Prepare monthly financial and management reports for subsidiaries;
Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards;
Assist in group consolidation reports;
To be in-charge of the full set of accounts;
To do inter-company balances and transactions Reconciliation
Monthly bank reconciliation
Monthly closing Accounts, schedules, reconciliations and reports
To be in-charge of the quarterly GST reporting and submission
Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Min 1 year of relevant experiences
Diploma / Degree in Accountancy
Prior experience in MYOB system would be an advantage
Meticulous, independent and has good analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency in intermediate Excel & other MS office application
Strong understanding of accounting principles;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;
