We are representing our client, a well-established FMCG retailer to look for an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to complement the existing team.
Job Description
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy to support business objectives, ensuring a seamless and engaging online customer journey across all platforms including social media, eStore, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with campaign leads and cross-functional teams to develop integrated digital media plans, aligning efforts across A&P, Online Business, and CRM to deliver cohesive, full-funnel campaign experiences.
- Lead content and community management across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency, timely engagement, and relevance to drive awareness and affinity.
- Drive and manage the company’s new Retail Media Platform by working cross-functionally with internal teams, brand partners, and external vendors to shape the offering, onboard stakeholders, and drive media monetization opportunities through data-driven ad solutions.
- Manage digital performance agencies to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, display, and affiliate channels.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using analytics tools to improve traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI across both online and offline channels.
- Conduct ongoing competitor and digital trend analysis through social listening and digital monitoring tools to uncover opportunities and benchmark performance.
- Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure optimal investment efficiency, with clear tracking of ROI and performance against defined KPIs.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and marketing innovations, proactively applying relevant insights to keep the brand at the forefront of digital engagement.
Requirements
Degree holder.At least 3-5 years of relevant digital experience from FMCG industry.Prior experience on ecommerce platform will be considered favorably.Knowledge on SEO / SEM as well as web analytic tools.Possess keen interest in the latest digital and eCommerce trends.Customer-focused with strong reliance on data, analysis and insight.Experience using Google Analytics with a good understanding of UX and the customer journey.Flexible and adaptable to new challenges.Ability to multi-task and adapt to complex, fast-changing work environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Digitally inclined.Keen interest in social media content development.Tell employers what skills you have
