Support the Sales Team in the administrative duties.
Provide clerical support in matters relating to the preparation of letters, correspondences, quotations, proposals and minutes in a timely and accurate manner.
Disseminate events related information to other departments.
Generate sales reports for management reporting.
Assist with all in-house sales related activities, sales calls, site inspections.
Monitor and maintain materials of usage.
All other related matters as and when required by the Manager.
To process room and group reservations in hotel PMS as assigned.
Requirements
At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role preferred
