As we scale, we're seeking a high-impact, execution-focused fractional HR leader to optimise our people systems, elevate manager effectiveness and ensure HR operations are sharp, scalable and seamless-freeing up our leadership team to focus on strategic growth.
This isn't a theoretical exercise. We need a hands-on builder who can identify what's not working and get it running-fast and sustainably.
Scope of Work
- Performance & People Systems : Strengthen our current performance management system-make it pragmatic, fast and empowering
- Clarity & Accountability : Bring consistency to role expectations, delegation and decision-making across teams
- Execution Gaps : Plug critical follow-through issues across hiring, alignment and performance
- HR Operations : Tighten execution of HR policies, streamline core processes and drive a 50% improvement in HR operations efficiency through HRIS and AI - balancing immediate fixes with long-term scalability.
- Internal Collaboration : Coordinate closely with internal HR and admin teams to build systems that stick, not siloed solutions
- Culture Catalyst : Reinforce a high-performance, high-trust culture in how people processes are designed and lived
