We're building The World’s Most Rewarding Way to Shop — and looking for bold, driven individuals to join us.As the Head of ShopBack Pay , you will drive high impact growth and development of ShopBack Pay, with direct P&L ownership. You will be responsible for leading and empowering high performing sales and marketing teams to further scale in Singapore. Your leadership will shape our success, foster strategic partnerships, and contribute to ShopBack’s vibrant culture.

Your Adventure Ahead

• Drive the overall growth, business strategy, business development and partnerships with key stakeholders and business partners.
• Full ownership of the sales, marketing and operations teams performance, execution and processes and qualities, to drive strong results.
• Work closely with regional stakeholders and local heads of the online business to drive omnichannel growth
• Lead, empower, and mentor your team to bring about growth and development for the business unit.
• Be accountable for the business unit’s overall performance and P&L.
• Build and lead strategic plans and initiatives to ensure that ShopBack is well attuned to industry trends, opportunities, and competition landscape.
• Contribute to the overall success and culture of ShopBack.
