Job description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process L / C and collection bills for submission to banks
Follow up on payments, discrepancies, and disputes for submitted documents
Provide after-sales support to the marketing team.
Verify shipping documents from Suppliers and send shipping instructions of materials for shipment
Ensure all documentation complies with the regulations of the destination country
Provide customer support on problem and issues arising from shipment
Coordinate with logistics providers and overseas partners to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.
Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

GCE 'O' level / 'N' level

Minimum 2 years of related working experiences in an International trading environment or freight forwarding industry

Familiarity with import / export procedures, L / C, collection bills, and bank guarantees

Understanding of INCOTERMS, UCP, and ISBP is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP will be an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills, able work well with all levels

Location : Town - 5 days

Salary : $S3,00.00 - S$3,600.00
