Job description

Leading & mentoring a team to follow procedures, providing advice & supervision.

Responsible for effective project implementation, resource planning within time & cost.

Prepare & submit progress reports, budget & safety reports.

Ensure all works carred out meet company's quality standards & requiements.

Ensure engineers and supervisors meet client & regulatory requirements.

Ensure Environmental, Safety & Health standards are carried out at all times.

Co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all poject matters.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering , Building , Construction Management , or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in HIP / LTA / HDB project
Qualification by HDB for HIP projects ( PEB reconized )
