We are a global engineering solutions company specializing in process refrigeration, gas compression, and system integration. We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Aftersales Service Manager to lead our global service operations from Singapore.
This is a critical role responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maximizing customer satisfaction, and driving aftersales revenue across diverse international territories.

Job Summary :
The Aftersales Service Manager will strategically oversee and manage our aftersales service team across all territories where our Group operates, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. This position is vital for efficient scheduling, coordination of service activities, and the crucial management of spare parts sales. The role demands strong technical capabilities in various compressor types and a commitment to delivering timely, positive solutions to complex customer queries.
Key Responsibilities :
Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum of 5-7 years of dedicated experience in a technical service or aftersales support role , with a proven track record in managing service operations and driving spare parts sales.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity .
Crucially, demonstrated hands-on experience in aftersales services including commissioning, spare parts management, and servicing of gas compressor systems. This must include experience with Centrifugal, Diaphragm, Screw, and Reciprocating compressor types within the Oil & Gas industry .
Experience with other rotating equipment is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, team management, and excellent organizational skills.
Exceptional technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication (written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in diagnostic tools, service management software, and inventory management systems.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and respond swiftly to management requirements.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively internationally as required.
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary.
Willingness to work in Singapore on local terms (non-expatriate compensation).
