Roles & Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for the company's business operations in Singapore, including but not limited to the followings;
- Develop business plan & business strategy
- Develop a risk management framework, policy and process
- Develop and establish financial budget and plans
- Develop and maintain business continuity strategies, policies and guidelines
- Develop managers and high potential employees through organisational talent capability review
- Establish and maintain strategic business partner relationships
- Facilitate innovation process within the organization
- Lead managers and staffs to develop organisational and governance strategies
- Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures
- Management of Revenue
- Management of Head office functions
- Provide leadership during crisis situations
- Resolve conflicts with stakeholders
- Communicate and report to the group companies in Malaysia and Japan regularly
