Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES :
To receive and make inbound & outbound calls from / to customers.
To perform job order taking / entry, related to vehicle breakdown.
To accurately capture and submit job order via GPS / CAD system.
To assign jobs and monitor job status.
To liaise with contractor when there is a need to utilize their services.
To handle all calls in a professional and courteous manner.
To attend to customers' complaints and escalate complaints to supervisor, if necessary.
To perform credit card sale transaction when required.
To undertake adhoc tasks as and when assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum 'N' Level and above.
Preferably with 1 to 2 years working experience in Customer Service.
Good computer and communication skills will be advantage.
Good team player who is service-oriented.
Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Entry level with positive attitude are welcome to apply.
