Traits and Experience Required : Good organisational and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented. Good communication skills. Familiarity with automation, such as RPA and Zapier, and comfort with using AI tools for research and analysis. Experienced professionals with an interest in one or all of these areas are welcome to apply : sales, enterprise program management and / or customer success. Leadership skills and experience valued with potential to be country manager managing P&L within 2 years. Prior experience working in training, HR / Edu tech and / or enterprise sales preferred.

Reports to : General Manager
The client-facing executive will be involved in :
- Preparing proposals for B2B clients
- Onboarding new B2B and B2C clients
- Managing instructors and planning timetable
- Optimising our onboarding processes for workshops and programs
- Conducting surveys and user interviews and synthesising results
- Consolidating and analysing learning experience evaluation data
- Administrative and logistics support for HR and management operations
- Customer or client servicing support over phone or email
- Organise events for clients, alumnus and prospects
