This is an exciting position and you will be working with the team to deliver a great customer support on our world class Human Capital Management to the Customers in Singapore and region.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in gathering and documenting client functional and technical requirements.
- Support senior consultants in mapping client needs against software functionalities.
- Participate in basic software configuration activities under supervision.
- Coordinate with technical teams to follow up on any customization requests.
- Support user acceptance testing and assist in quality assurance efforts.
- Aid in preparing and validating data conversions.
- Conduct basic user training sessions for system operations.
- Document tasks, track progress, and help log issues with resolutions.
- Provide day-to-day application support for end users with guidance.
- Collaborate effectively with both local and offshore teams
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines0-2 years of experience in software support or technical helpdesk roles (internships welcome)A basic understanding of Microsoft Windows, SQL Server, and programming in ASP.NET or VB.NET is an advantage.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.A willingness to learn and work collaboratively on projects.A customer-focused attitude with a drive to build strong client relationships.Commitment to data privacy, security, and adherence to company policies.
