- Transaction Structuring [SU1] [SU2] - Advising on deal structuring from financial, tax, and regulatory perspectives to optimize transaction outcomes
- Financial Due Diligence - Assisting in reviewing financial records for mergers, acquisitions, and investment decisions
- Valuation - Supporting financial modelling and analysis for business valuation
- GAAP Conversion [SU3] [SU4] - Assisting in converting financial statements prepared under one accounting framework (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP, local GAAP) into another framework for the needs of different financial statement users, such as investors, lenders, or parent companies
Client relationship management
Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients, providing excellent customer service and responding to their inquiries promptlyCollaborate with different internal teams (eg : Corporate Secretarial, treasury etc) to obtain information for Japanese clients / HQProvide translation and interpretation from Japanese to English, and vice versa for the teamBuild and maintain relationships with current / potential Japanese clientsIdentify opportunities for business growth, including upselling and cross-selling financial services to clientsRequirements :
Bachelor's degree in accountancy or equivalentCandidates must possess professional qualifications such as CA / CPA etcCandidate must be proficient in English & Japanese (JLPT N1, written and spoken) to liaise with and to provide consultation to Japanese speaking clients stationed in Japan and Japan HQMinimum 3 years of relevant working experienceCandidate must be willing to travel for business trips as required that may occur periodicallyExperience in the Professional Services industry and / or client-facing roles would be an added advantageAble to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated and serious work attitude.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client relationship building.A good team player.Company Benefits :
