As a technical project manager, you will work across the business and technology teams to maximise business value. We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals to help innovate and execute product initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in creating seamless customer experiences. The digital team is fast-moving with a performance mindset to drive change and results. You need to adapt to the fast evolution of the systems and processes and contribute to the growth from day one.

Job Scope / Responsibilities

Effectively manage web and cloud based projects for various initiatives including WeChat Mini Programme.
Working closely with stakeholders, business units and Product Owner to gather business requirements and prioritise the Change Requests.
Analysing user and technical requirements to facilitate and brainstorm effectively with the stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Managing the development and deployment of the project deliverables with developer and cloud teams.
Performing user acceptance testing, troubleshooting and demonstrating on the required systems to assist project stakeholders.
Coordinating meetings, conferences, trainings, minutes taking and other project-related events.
Working closely with PMO lead to review processes to increase productivities and efficiencies.
Involving in procurement processes and documentation may be required.
Ability to support for night works when there is any deployment that may requires system downtime.

Job Requirement

Degree in Business IT, Engineering or related discipline.

At least 5 years of relevant tech project management experience for both applications and cloud infra.

Excellence Project and vendor management skills.

Good understanding of software development.

Good understanding of AWS and Alibaba cloud architecture.

Adequate Microsoft Office skills, especially in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Functional knowledge on eCommerce and WeChat Miniprogramis a bonus.

Ability to work with tight deadlines.

Ability to communicate well and work with stakeholders, business units, vendor and internal technical team.
