Business Developer – Global Logistics (Remote / Rotterdam)

Are you an experienced business developer in the logistics industry, ready to be valued for your impact? Do you have a strong client network and the drive to grow something big—backed by a team that rewards performance with more than just words?

We’re expanding fast and looking for 3 commercially driven professionals who can leverage their reputation and network to win trust and close deals in international logistics and warehousing .

What you’ll do :

  • Acquire and manage high-value clients in need of international freight forwarding and warehousing services
  • Leverage your network to generate leads and bookings from shippers and buyers across Europe or globally
  • Translate client needs into tailored, profitable logistics solutions
  • Work closely with carriers, warehouses, and our operations team to deliver value and reliability
  • Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with margin-driven results

What you bring :

  • A proven network of clients in global trade, supply chain or freight
  • Experience dealing with carriers, forwarders, or 3PL providers
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to sell with integrity and credibility
  • You’re motivated by performance, not limited by salary bands or red tape
  • You believe you deserve more than you’re earning now—and you’re ready to prove it
