Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Head of Human Resources, you will lead a dynamic Group Talent Management and Learning & Development teams. You will collaborate with the leadership team, business leaders and HR Partners to deliver an integrated and progressive talent management, learning and leadership development programs. You will develop a strategic framework for building future leaders and lead impact-driven capability building initiatives that focus on creating a progressive and agile organizational culture and workforce.
Requirements
With at least 15 years of progressive experience in talent management and learning & development gained in major financial institutions or banks, you possess the ability to design, develop, and implement enterprise-wide talent strategies and programs that support the overall group business goals. With strong interpersonal,munication and problem-solving skills, you are driven, strategic, credible and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
