Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation :
Reporting to the Director, Retail and Franchise Operations, South-East Asia, this role is responsible for supporting the initiatives within Retail and Franchise that maximize profit and underpin the wider channel strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management
- Coordination for assigned project initiatives to ensure the delivery of project plans on time and within agreed objectives
- Track progress of ongoing initiatives, managing key stakeholders to be keep to the objectives and required timing
- Training of users
- Enhancement / optimization of initiatives and processes
Store Operations / General Support
Review of Country and Cluster Retail KPIs (weekly, MTD, YTD) and identify trends; communicate with the Country teams to further understand the opportunities / challenges around the data; and work with the SEA Retail and Franchise team on recommendations to address such Risks / OppsWork cross-functionally with SEA (Merchandising, Membership, VM, among others) to provide solutions to Country opportunities / challengesHouse of Retail (Training, Refresher, Implementation in partnership with Country Ops, Feedback to EM re : Enhancements based on Relevance to Market)Act as a single point of contact for retail initiatives and gathering of best practices for the cluster, escalating and scaling these further where applicableTimely reporting on the measurable outcome of these moments, campaigns or product launches to fuel a process of continuous improvement and target achievementSupport the building off of channel priorities and initiativesSupport the creation and launch of store tactical incentives to drive specific KPI outcomesSupport the SEA and Country Operations team to create project plans and initiatives that directly drive our net sales and move the retail formula in a meaningful waySupport all other initiatives assigned which lead into Retail and Franchise resultsKey Relationships :
