Overview
Business Contribution :
Provide key financial and business support to the Business. Ensure the business activities conducted in line with Company Policy, Local Regulations and appropriate internal controls.
Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to) :
- Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Enerpac SEA financial results.
- Coordinate and prepare forecasts and budgets.
- Internal control implementation, evaluation, and documentation.
- Local Statutory Filings (IRAS / MOM / CPF / Etc / Etc).
- Manage external Audit.
- Lead and implement process improvements.
- Assist functional leaders with financial analysis.
- Business participant at all levels of the business and with all disciplines.
- Assist sales and commercial team with margin analysis and pricing analysis as required.
- Support in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
Required Capabilities :
Detailed knowledge of SEA statutory and compliance requirement including accounting, tax, foreign currency, etc.Strong skills in account analysis, problem solving, attention to detail, and writing of commentary and analytical summaries.Rapidly and accurately analyze a situation to arrive at an effective decision.Work well with others in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.Excellent written and oral communication skills with proficient English language skills.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Oracle knowledge is preferred.Education Requirements :
Bachelor ‘s degree in Accounting & Finance.Experience Requirements :
years comprehensive accounting & finance working experience with at least 5 years in management position.
